Past the pain comes reward through faith in Jesus Christ

Faith And Accountability

You will never grow in Christ, in life, or in character if you see the need for Holy repentance, self-reflection, and accountability as a personal attack.

Those who blossom in Christ require self-awareness rather than defensiveness.

Meanwhile, the ability to say, ‘I make mistakes, I have poor habits, or I exhibit destructive tendencies’ is critical.

Unfortunately, we see many people caught up in religious rituals institutionalized in their beliefs in worldly doctrines, and their teachers rather than genuinely having raw unconditional, and uncompromising faith.

It’s rare to see, but when you do, it is someone who has put in the time and the work, revealing their accountability to look inward and face every demon through Jesus Christ, allowing Him to drive them out and to work on their own character to be completely transformed. —The Holy Spirit does the rest, but it takes willingness, grit, courage, loyalty to the Lord, and personal responsibility—and no one else—to achieve that.

Genuine faith and transformation that can withstand the world’s control in longevity are rare because they require extreme accountability, and looking inward can be as painful as taking action, which can also be heavy and difficult.

2 Corinthians 13:5, says it best,

‘Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves.’

Despite the pain, it has a purpose when you face it head-on. Meanwhile, when we seek Jesus above all else humbly, we become a firestorm of intense faith and loyalty, rather than a double-dealing, two-sided sinner, sick in our own minds, hearts, and grief.

Beloved, Jesus knows it’s difficult to hear these things, especially from the new kids on the block in the eyes of people who have chosen not to see us for so long.

However, as a voicepiece for Christ teaching and serving America for close to ten years, and more I have lived out and been accomplishing exactly what I teach today.

Therefore knowing that I have lived it and revealed the truth’s effectiveness is enough to soften your hearts and encourage you to listen to instruction so that you can be healed and grow in your love and faith.

As Romans 10:17 says,

‘Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.’

Beloved people, you will begin to see the fruit of your labor and truly glorify Jesus in heartfelt worship with your life, not solely through meeting place entertainment, which has sadly become a reality for many in Christ’s church.

Jesus is worthy!

Today is the day to love your God, and your soul and be kind to yourselves by accepting the Scriptures and living them out.

A day to begin living with accountability.

As James 1:22 reminds us, ‘Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.’

It would be irresponsible of me not to mention that far too often people memorize and talk about the scriptures but never act on them.

Beloved, the spiritual fruit acquired through hard work and faith comes with genuine accountability; it takes time, but not forever.

As Galatians 5:22-23 reminds us, ‘But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things, there is no law.’

Akin to what I mentioned the scriptures agree that cultivating these qualities in our lives comes through our commitment to faith in Jesus Christ, His power to save, and inward accountability.

Like any healthy relationship, your relationship with Jesus, family, friends, and the community means that it’s not all about you.

It’s a two-way street.

I pray, in the name of Jesus, that this word is for you. Know that in love, I share it so that we all grow together as a body of spiritual believers during this difficult time, when many people have become confused because of false teachers and empty promises that lack sound instruction.

Much love and truth,
Sister Christine
