Who remembers the song, sung by Pat Benetar, titled. “Love is a battlefield.”
That song came to mind this morning without reason, and as I sat and prayed about it, this message began to emerge from my Spirit.
Unlike the conflicts in natural life between two people claiming love is a fight, as referenced in the lyrics, genuine love is the Agape love of Jesus Christ.
This heavenly love is the real deal. —Pure and unadulterated divine love illuminates the meaning of care, concern, compassion, and mercy, the conviction to nurture and forgive and persevere at all costs, without question.
This heavenly love is undoubtedly bright and enlightening, full of joy and wisdom. Even when doubts arise because the flesh constantly challenges the truth, the genuine love of Christ prevails and shines through the darkness that seeks to deceive and misrepresent authentic love and authenticity.
I love how the Lord redeems Himself in love, even when His followers are constantly under the microscope by those who walk in the flesh and claim to be Holy Spirited but reflect shade, false witnessing, and gossip.
Just as we find assurance in Scripture that Christ is love (1 John 4:8) and no darkness can overcome Him. We never fall from Grace because the truth always prevails in the end. Liken to the word of God, all things hidden, both the good and the bad, are beginning to reveal themselves, and the light of Christ is blinding some people who have been rubbing elbows with the dark world for so long they didn’t even know it until now.—the genuine light is revealing to them just how misguided they have been by their so-called spiritual leaders.
Even in this challenging time, both spiritually and emotionally, it can be painful to realize that you have been deceived for so long. It is natural to feel anger and the urge to fight back. To even want your money back from the greedy grab handlers. —Your feelings are valid, and you have the right to confront the truth that the counterfeit sources have been feeding you unbiblical lies.
However, it’s important to remember that this is a test of your faith in Christ. Please, in America and abroad act according to the principles of scripture, speak your truth in Christ, and do so in a way that honors God without sin. Follow the guidance of the scriptures by praying for your enemies, forgiving them, and distancing yourself from their deceitful ways. —have nothing to do with them, and do not feel remorse.
2 Timothy 3:5 confirms it’s not only okay, but commanded by GOD. The verse states: “having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”
The word ‘form’ means a particular way in which a thing exists or appears; to appear like something is entirely different from actually being that thing. It signifies nothing more than an impersonator of the truth. So do not feel guilt or a sense of loyalty to anything revealing itself to be disloyal and untrustworthy, leave it up to God to handle their misfortune, its not your responsibility. Your duty is to Christ, to GOD, and to be accountable and have self-respect by walking the narrow road of truth that is held in high regard by our Father in Heaven.
In light of these facts, we can see that even the love of God can be perceived as a battlefield today because in a world of conflict between natural and supernatural forces (flesh and Spirit), the disingenuous and the truly anointed, we are indeed in a battle for the truth. Christ’s love is not the battlefield, but the warzone is over the protection of this authentic love.
Beloved brethren, on earth, and in our Nation we are engaged in a constant war between good and evil, the love of God (1 John 4:8), and the love of lust and idolatry that emanates from Satan (1 John 2:16).”
1 John 2:16 states: …For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not from the Father but from the world.”
Meanwhile, 1 John 4:8 reads: “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
As we can see, these are two stark differences that counteract each other and why we live in chaos and opposition in America. Indeed, we can see that genuine love, although full of mercy and compassion and well-rounded biblical reason, feels like a war zone because the enemy is out to silence what is good.
Love can feel like a battlefield, but genuine love is gentle, bold, forgiving transforming, its therapeutic, holy, and honorable. —
Authentic love, the genuine, Christlike, the anointing requires no man to teach you but teaches you about all things. (1 John 2:27)”
Folks, a genuine rose is becoming easier to spot in a field of weeds.
Beloved people, and Americans, as much as I could continue writing or speaking for days to provide counsel, I don’t have that kind of time. —I have other responsibilities and duties for the Lord that I must accomplish, and so do you.
Now is the time to step back and, when in doubt, compare every word to scripture.
Listen carefully to what you hear from people claiming to be spiritual leaders, myself included, and even from government leaders or within your homes and families. —Put God first and stop agreeing with deception.
Many of us, including myself, have been deceived in the past by the wicked, the greedy, the charlatans, and disingenuous governmental leaders.
Therefore, it is time to repent, seek the word of God, and live by it so that you may not be deceived again. However, if you find yourself deceived, repent and ask the Lord to guide you with His goodness and mercy. —When seeking spiritual counsel, seek the Holy Word and Spirit first, and ensure that you are using holy spiritual discernment and not relying solely on your opinions, because some of your allies may have become your friends, but they are enemies of God. (1 John 4:1)”
Any finally
“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.”—
(1 Corinthians 13:4-8)
