Great leadership involves an equal proportion of spirituality guided by the Holy Spirit, integrity, God’s wisdom, selfless self-respect, service, self-control, justice, and compassion. A well-rounded character contributes to a stable and balanced team.
Scripture concurs:
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6
“Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.” – Proverbs 16:3
“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” – Philippians 2:3-4
“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” – Micah 6:8
“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” – 1 Timothy 4:12
“But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.” – James 3:17
Our God reminds us to rely on our Savior, Jesus Christ, His Word, and ethics while committing our work of service to Him, and set an example in our speech, conduct, and love. I pray they inspire and guide you in your Spiritual journey as they do mine.
Much love, and respect,
