The Spirit of Jezebel is an insecure narcissist who sees herself grandiosely, but when alone, is pitifully empty. People like this claim sovereignty, saying, “I know it all,” but they feel challenged by God’s wisdom in others. Despite their inflated self-perception, they always boast about their “credentials,” which are nothing more than superficial tidbits used to feel superior.
However, this is all fantasy, as they lack empathy for others and never let up because the same unclean spirit is always out to be right.
Simultaneously, that same demon is functioning in these people to destroy them as well, but it is too prideful to notice that they are victims of themselves.
In the Bible, Jezebel is characterized by manipulation, control, over-sexualization, and a desire for power. It is important to note that the term “Jezebel spirit” is not mentioned in Scripture but it was the unclean spirits (plural) in Jezebel that describe the personality traits and evil actions associated with this spirit. Therefore named the Jezebel Spirit later.
One scripture that reflects the characteristics of the “Jezebel spirit” is found in 1 Kings 21:25-26, which says, “But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the Lord, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up. And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the Lord cast out before the children of Israel.”
This verse describes Jezebel’s influence over her husband, Ahab, and her role in leading him astray. Much like we see today in modernized prosperity churches, or mega-famous buildings both in the pulpit and in the congregations.
1 Corinthians 15:33
Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
Furthermore, Jezebel encourages her husband to engage in wickedness and idolatry, showing her manipulative and controlling nature.
Sound familiar?
Another scripture that sheds light on the Jezebel spirit is found in Revelation 2:20-23. It states, “Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols. I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling. So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.”
This verse refers to a woman in the church of Thyatira who embodies the characteristics of Jezebel. She promotes false teachings and leads others into immoral idolatry and behavior. She looks, dresses, speaks, smells, and Slithers her way into positions of power.
Yes, demons have an odor!
Individuals like this will ruin your life (if you let them) while draining your soul to fill their own emptiness and self-hatred. Even though these types have everything worldly they are a cold and callous cavern of emptiness.
You can be sure that those influenced by the Jezebel spirit engage in secret competitions. Like I said before they observe our every move and try to imitate it, but they fail to be something they are not, neglecting their true potential in Christ.
—However, this spirit despises Christ because Christ is the Spirit of prophecy. And Jezebel HATES the prophets.
Scripture ref:
“For the Testimony of Jesus Is the Spirit of Prophecy.” —Revelation 19:10
Jezebel types mirror the good character and qualities of their supply source, whether closely or from a distance naming themselves openly these things, thinking they are fooling the spiritually gifted, but are not. Frequently, Jezebel is present in personal relationships with co-workers, family members, church leaders, patrons, and spouses, while progressively widespread on social media.
Initially, Jezebel is attracted to the prophetic gifts, praising them respectfully in the manipulative gestures of the love bombing phase. Then they begin to obsessively cling to the person, bragging with outlandish claims of gifts they don’t have but fantasize over and frequently fake.
The Narc examines by studying the prophetic to reenact their words and activity, to copy their mannerisms. This behavior is toxic and demonic, but in the hopes of trying to attach spiritually, they attempt to befriend with compliments and sometimes gifts or donations.
Often the prophetic receive warning immediately spiritually and back away quietly to protect themselves from the emotionally unregulated. Jezebel is dangerous in that multiple personalities challenge her, removing her from any genuine reality. Over time, their rejected obsession turns into pure hatred, delusion, and imaginary competition, so fierce they are willing to kill over it. That love bombing quickly turns into seething hatred, and envy escalates. Ultimately, it’s time for the narc to begin tarnishing the good character of the prophetic publicly and privately, so others won’t see their genuine nature, character, and prophetic gifting, claiming it false because if not, the light shines on their darkness revealing their fraud.
That said, the prophetic person plays dumb but hip to the masquerades that led them to disconnect with no notice silently. That said, Jezebel has character traits. She is over-sexualized, not meek, jealous, and envious—an attention whore, rebellious to the truth while claiming power, yet powerless, and living lies.
Jezebel is a manipulator, brown-nosed gossiper, an actor, a watered-down philosopher, and often involved in philanthropic enterprises to be seen as righteous. The entity is redundant in that it says the same things repetitively over a large number of years because there is no Holy Spiritual depth to a false prophet.
They often speak about themselves and the imaginative power God gave them while crying out for attention. They often self-appoint themselves and each other to “pulpit positions” and church buildings, organizations, and stages to destroy the sanctity of the genuine gospel.
Jezebel is a money-hungry vixen who’s haughtily minded and often successful in a worldly sense, as there are no limits to their lengths to make a dollar.
Showman is often seen as the expert in a particular thing, such as prosperity, wealth, and worldliness, and marked by master manipulation to entice others to give to them to gain the same wealth by falsifying the name and word of God at the expense of souls—stealing from the poor to pump the people full of witchcraft to stay seated beneath them.
In a nutshell, to start, pray against it. Father says that the Spirit is going down in both men and women.
I hear, “Affairs revealed.”
It’s important to note Jezebel and King Ahab were also prominent figures in the Phoenician age. They ruled over Israel during a time when the nation was divided and weak. Similar to today, Jezebel was a pagan queen who worshipped idols and opposed the prophets of God. Ahab, on the other hand, was a weak king who allowed Jezebel to influence him.
Jezebel was fiercely opposed to the prophets of God, and she often tried to silence them. She even ordered the killing of many of them. Ahab, while not as openly hostile to the prophets, was also not supportive of them. Her husband was naïve to Jezebel’s schemes and seemed to be more concerned with maintaining his own power rather than following God’s commands.
Sounds familiar.
In 1 Kings 18:4, we see that Jezebel was responsible for killing many of the prophets of God, like the character assassinations of today.
In 1 Kings 18:17-18, Ahab accuses the prophet Elijah of being a troublemaker. These verses illustrate the opposition that Jezebel and Ahab had towards God’s prophets, like today.
Overall, Jezebel and Ahab were characterized by their disobedience to God and their hostility towards his prophets but played King and Queen. Suffer not that woman named Jezebel who calls herself a prophet, saying the same spiritless promises clawing God said, when her god is saying to deceive God’s people.
Like the prophets before us, we come from difficult beginnings—troubled homes, families, and sin—just like Paul. However, we are saved by Jesus Christ and have a calling on our lives that has always been there. Since the beginning, we are called to tear down, build up, edify, and encourage, revealing the goodness of Christ through His power and grace. Our purpose is not to make friends, but to demonstrate the love and goodness of Christ. We are plain, simple, down-to-earth people whose loyalty belongs to Jesus Christ.
No to titles, we don’t need them. We only need Jesus Christ, our LORD and Savior. Just like everyone else that was ever created.
Much love and respect,
Sister Christine

I found your ministry on twitter and I just wanted to tell you how much it encourages me. It’s not often I get to see a woman such as yourself with so much strength proclaiming the Word so plainly put the way you are. So many are fallen away during this season from anything reasonably close to the truth of Jesus.
This Jezebel spirit is real and I’ve encountered more than a few times. Most recently my daughter was attacked at her school by this destructive manipulative spirit. Our battle is real. It encourages me to see others out there such as yourself that can also see what we are at war with.
Thank you once again and keep up the good fight!
Praise the Living God! Thank you so much. May God bless you, your daughter, and your entire family abundantly.
