You give life to whatever you pour your energy into. Stop and ask yourself—what are you feeding on in the name of a warped idea of prosperity?
Are you consuming teachings or teachers that are biblically illiterate, pouring your trust and resources into them, believing their promises even when they contradict Scripture and open doors to deception and unclean spirits?
If that is the partnership you’ve entered, what has it produced in your life?
If you surrendered in good faith to the promise of “pay and receive,” or declared whatever you desired and trusted the words you were given, what tangible prosperity actually came to you?
What proof do you hold that your faith in those promises healed your body, steadied your mind, calmed your emotions, or restored your finances?
Did your children find peace and obedience?
Did your addictions break and vanish?
Have the voices, the anxiety, the fear in your heart been silenced?
Have you become pure in heart and life, hating sin more than clinging to the world’s empty comforts?
Or are you still sick, still poor, still hoping for a miracle they promised this year—after waiting years?
And yet you keep pouring your money into their coffers, convinced you owe God what they demand—while your soul, your health, and your family remain unchanged.
If you truly gave your trust and your resources, what real, lasting return did that faith produce in your life?
Ask yourself.
Are you healed of disease?
Is your mind steady and your emotions at peace?
Have your finances been restored?
Are your children walking in obedience and wholeness? —Or visibly on their way?
Did your large donations to prosperity preachers break old patterns?
Have you become pure in heart and life—no longer cursing, no longer clinging to sin more than to Christ?
Or are you still sick, still bound, still waiting for the miracle they promise year after year?
It’s time to turn to Jesus.
Repent.
Step out from under every false teaching or teacher that has stolen your hope and endangered your soul.
Receive the true healing and wholeness God intends for you.
Scripture is here to guard you.
When you cling to God’s Word, it shields your heart and mind from deception; when you ignore it, millions have been led astray.
1 Timothy 4:1
“The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons”
Why do you keep funding their ministries as if your wallet is the price of God’s favor, even though the fruit of that giving is absence of healing, peace, and true deliverance?
Who benefits from your obedience now? They do.
Beloved, the Bible is a lamp and a fortress—meant to guide your steps, expose lies, and preserve your soul.
Shouldn’t we appreciate and obey it?
This is not optional.
Hear me now—this is what the Holy Spirit is saying:
“Turn away from it.”
“Shut every door that deception has crept through.”
Reject the falsehoods dressed up as truth, and fix your eyes on Jesus alone.
Do not trust in lies. If you want to know who to follow, look to Jesus.—
Look to His Word.
And when it comes to teachers, male and female don’t be swayed by their speeches—look at their lives.
Listen to their testimonies.
Examine the real, proven works of God in them.
Look at the fruit in the very areas the prosperity wolves claim to guarantee—
healing, deliverance, restoration, purity, transformation.
Many of these so‑called prosperity leaders may appear materially wealthy, but inwardly they are sick, unhealthy, and spiritually decaying. No amount of outward polish can hide the truth.
The polish of their youth can’t hide the emptiness in their eyes or the corruption on their face.
Those truly sent by God carry evidence:
Our lives changed,
Our families redeemed,
Our hearts purified,
Our walk marked by truth,
because the Lord Himself has done the work in us.
We are simple servants.
