Not every truth spoken is an attack, and not every uncomfortable conversation is a personal ambush.
Sometimes it truly is the Spirit of the Lord trying to teach you a lesson, lift a burden, or draw attention to something that otherwise goes unseen for the good of the people.
Righteous judgment is not out to hurt or harm; it’s completely different from judging to condemn, as if people who make mistakes are bad people.
No, not at all.
The uncomfortable truth is to draw you closer to Jesus Christ and His righteousness, and away from superficial exposures.
It’s to expose what stays hidden in our lives and is unbeknownst to you, or me that is hurting us whether spiritually or even naturally, keeping characters functioning below their capacity to live, love, and understand Christ.
Remember Paul’s life.
He came from a sinful past and was an unlikely candidate to serve God’s kingdom.
He persecuted Christians, yet God chose him.
Adonai gave him sight more than others—not to shame anyone, but to use him.
Father in Heaven used him to teach the Gentiles and confront sin with love.
At first, people doubted him and questioned his intentions.
But over time, it became clear that God’s hand was upon him.
Paul was spiritually chosen, ordained, and anointed by God, not man.
Through his suffering and less-than-glamorous lifestyle, he was prepared for his mission.
He was unschooled and could never have imagined this calling, even deep in his sin.
He faced jail, beatings, and shipwrecks for his faith.
I mean Paul did receive some education. He was trained as a Pharisee under Gamaliel, under Jewish law (Acts 22:3).
Not unlike those of us who have a long religious history before being saved, his calling to preach the gospel and his understanding of Christ’s message came through a direct revelation from Jesus, rather than formal training in preaching.
Like Paul, some of us have been pulled from the mud and mire, our own filth by the Lord.
We do this work for Christ’s goodness and to protect His people.
We are taught by the Anointed One—Yeshua (1 John 2:27)—no lecture halls, no allies, no tithes or support—just Jesus and God’s will.
Meant to bring light to darkness, even in places blinded by religiosity—places full of distractions like lights, cameras, fancy clothes, and alliances.
Dare I say, Pharisee behavior.
Throughout Scripture, God chooses the broken, the sinners, the outsourced overlooked rebellious, and the unschooled.
This is how Jesus gets the glory.
This is how the Spirit of God fulfills His work and will. —Nothing comes from man, only from Adonai.
His anointing is never meant to hurt but to uplift with truth, to break chains, to save, to heal, and to bring peace to a person who knows no peace.
To exalt the Name of Jesus, not brands.
It is to introduce a love like no other to those who know no love, and perhaps only lust.
To deliver souls and to be of good use to God in a world built on people loving to use God for their own attention.
So remember, not every biblical and spiritual discerning truth spoken is an attack, and not every uncomfortable conversation is a personal ambush.
Paul said it best:
“For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him.” —Romans 10:12
Meanwhile, some of us end-day preachers have been under such an assault—whether by witchcraft or by the religious or family.
There have been dangerous threats to your lives.
But like Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects.
The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead.
They had been waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god.
That’s what is happening now— there are no other gods, but servants.
It’s not for idolization, but to glorify Jesus Christ and help Him save His people.—by the truth.
Much love and truth,
