Please allow me to share something with you: the raw truth from someone who has been rejected and unloved all my life.
Christ’s Love is the most transformational reality I have ever experienced in my life.
When I chose to obey and step away from the world for several years to know Him and strengthen our relationship enough to trust Him, allowing Him into the darkest places of my pain and trauma so that I could face it head-on and feel that suppressed pain and darkness, Jesus taught me that it’s okay to be weak after I fought all my life in shame, to be strong, as I was told by my estranged mother that I was a mistake and manipulated into believing that it’s shameful to cry and to hide who I am to protect their sin and secrets to be strong for people who wouldn’t give me a cup of water if I was on fire.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
Thank You, Jesus. I love you with all my heart. With every ounce of my being.
I have forgiven everyone and gone as far as to serve and take care of the same people who left me to die alone in life, and our testimony—Jesus and myself—together serves as a hopeful reminder for someone out there that Jesus loves you and is waiting on your heart to believe and trust Him enough to give up your life to gain new life.
Today I am accountable for myself because I am the only one who can change my own life with Jesus, and the same goes for anyone out there at the end of your rope from what was done to you wrongfully and for the abuse you continue to do to themselves.
I understand because I was in that same position for many years of my life, but not anymore.
Scripture help:
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
It’s okay to be afraid, but it’s not okay to stay in fear of the unknown when you know that all you’ve known has been keeping you in a perpetual place of brokenness.
God said:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
Today is your day; get on your knees and cry out to God, pour out your fears to your Savior, and let Him know you’re ready to submit your life to Jesus, believing in your heart that He was born, died, and rose again for the forgiveness of your sins and to save and heal your soul. Renounce your sins and be born again through His merciful Holy Spirit. He is waiting for you with His arms open.
Jesus wants to bless you.
Romans 10:13 (NIV)
“And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Beloved soul, you are braver than you think.
This spiritual journey to awakening, salvation, repentance, healing, and wholeness will not be easy, but it won’t be any worse than living a life of sin and old wounds, inner trauma, and mental illnesses, addictions, or whatever you are battling. Surviving is not enough; it’s time to eternally thrive in the love of Christ for you! His grace is sufficient.
Again: this is for you.
“But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” – Romans 8:28 (NIV)
I promise you it’s true: I am a living witness, a living example of Christ’s power and mercy to save and transform.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” – Psalm 147:3 (NIV)
“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” – John 10:10 (NIV)
You’re going to be okay.
Much love and truth,
Sister Christine ♥️✝️
