Beloved brethren and community:
Some have a habit of saying, “To win, you need to begin.”
I don’t agree with that statement because Joel and I are not out to win; we are here to serve Jesus with all of our hearts, purely as we have done for nearly a decade together.
We are servants of Christ, as are you, and not competing against anyone, including ourselves; instead, our lives are being used as living testimonies of God’s grace led by Christ as an example.
Just like every other biblical figure chosen by God for a higher purpose, the Lord is using your lives and ours together united to demonstrate how anything can be accomplished when it is the will of God.
Therefore, I’d like to tweak the saying slightly and say,
“To finish freely, you must begin.”
As Philippians 4:13 reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
If you would like to partner and help Joel and I to further the gospel according to Christ’s plan, after having done it over the last seven years in obedience in a way not often heard of in these present days, Joel and I don’t have fancy giving platforms, nor do we ask for money. We gave from everything we had instead.
Meanwhile, if you would like to give to replenish our life savings while we continue to feed and teach from our hearts, lives, pockets, families, and homes, here are a few ways to do so until we receive enough from God through your generosity and service to Jesus Christ to extend our tent pegs.
I will not misuse scriptures to manipulate anyone into giving or to promise you all the blessings in the world; that is a manifestation of a false gospel that we do not endorse. That’s not the truth, nor is it how Jesus functions or how giving from the heart truly works, and that’s not how Joel and I operate.
The Gospel truth: As is.
Scripture states, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
The reason Joel and I made ourselves poor by selling the house and taking care of the poor and sharing the pure and unadulterated gospel in every area imaginable globally is that we seek no pat on the back, no begging, no coercing—just a simple truth and request for the brethren’s help. And like that simple truth, it is who Joel and I are in the anointing of Christ.
So, I ask simply if you’d like to partner in the commission of Christ, and those of you who know Jesus know the scriptures and what they mean.
We give from the heart.
Please note that we are using all donations for a large project the Lord placed in my lap nearly 10 years ago. It has taken a long time to prepare for this, and without sharing all the details on social media, we have served openly in many areas so you can see our work. You may look at our websites to see us out here every day. We ask that you pray to the Lord and be part of this mission.
Meanwhile, until we have proper financial backing and legal means, we will endure the process to accomplish everything for the gospel of Jesus Christ, justice, and the baptism of the Spirit for the lost, the less fortunate, and the continued edification of the church of Jesus Christ.
