Upon waking this morning, one of the first things I did was look at the present condition of Hawaii after the 8.8 earthquake that triggered a potential tsunami.
By the grace of God, Hawaii is out of the woods, but waves have hit other areas like Washington, California, and so on.
Unfortunately, for many unbelievers and, worse, religious individuals who do not seek the word of God as if it were breath for their lungs, they are incapable of understanding the severity of the days we’re in.
Beloved people, we most certainly are in the last days, and Jesus Christ has never been closer to returning.
These are days of spiritual devastation, as deceit is at an all-time high and apostasy is more prevalent than true faith and knowledge in Jesus Christ and his word. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
Meanwhile, this fact brings me to something that happened a few days ago when my husband, Joel, and I decided to see an afternoon movie matinee.
Upon arriving at the theater, there was a giant sign on the desk that said this business no longer accepts cash, which in turn means they only take chipped cards. Money is obsolete in that place.
After agreeing to pay and sitting in the theater, as many of us do before the movie begins, there is an announcement about turning your phones off and no talking during the movie.
However, this time for their turn-off cell phone announcement, they had made their ad using the voice of a woman who had called in to complain because she was thrown out of the theater for using her phone during the film.
They showed the words in big letters on the screen and made somewhat of a comical clip from it.
When the woman was complaining, she said the F-word at least ten times; she spoke so filthily, and this was the ad they put together for a matinee theater during the day, full of children and people, to make the point of turning your phone off during the movie so as not to disturb anyone.
I mentioned these things because 1 + 1 = 2 doesn’t equal 10 or 20 or 100.
What I’m saying is the writing is on the wall, and everything is adding up.
First Timothy warns us that in the last days all of the warnings are before us. (1 Timothy 4:1)
Ease look up ans read the scriptures, I share with this exortation because I can’t do all the work for you.
Meanwhile, the one-world payment system spoken of in Revelation is upon us; as the one-world religion is being implemented from the hills of Washington, D.C., and we have the Jezebel spirit in leaders who have been given top clearence to be the ‘Christian’ voices for the people, standing next to the president of the United States.
Big mistake. Huge.
At the same time, Earthquakes thunder far and wide, storms rage, floods, lands burning, and the hatred of humanity for humanity increases.
Read Matthew 24:6-8.
Folks, I speak straightforwardly because now is not the time to mince words.
Heaven and hell are for real, and Jesus Christ made the way by giving his life on that wooden cross to shed his blood, pay the price, and be the atonement for our filthy, dirty sin. (John 14:6) That is how much he loves us, even though we don’t deserve any of it.
Instead of people repenting and seeking to be righteous in Christ, holy and pure, preparing, they pretend to be Gods, creating religions and organizations that compare themselves to God rather than submitting with humility beneath the Lord, knowing that we cannot do it for ourselves. (James 4:10) If we could, Jesus wouldn’t have had to do what he did to make a way.
I tell you today, if we die unrepentant, we’re going to hell. (Revelation 21:8) It is not enough just to believe that Jesus existed and because even the devil and demons believe that Jesus existed, and they shudder at the sound of his name. (James 2:19) Meanwhile most people don’t shudder; they laugh and mock.
But thanks to the goodness of God, even if you have mocked Jesus and no matter how filthy your sin has been, if you repent with a godly sorrow for what you’ve done, willing to submit to the Lord and believe in Jesus Christ and what he’s done for you with your heart—not just with your mouth—you will be forgiven through Jesus Christ. (Romans 10:9-10) and saved.
We can be born again into the Holy Spirit of God, and that Spirit is a person. He is not a thing; not an idea. He is the third person of God that does the work in us to change and transform us so that we can be purified. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
On the day that we leave this life, we will be welcomed into the heavenly realm and await judgment because we will all be judged together. (Hebrews 9:27)
Think of it this way: would you let an unrepentant, drug-addicted, fornicating adult—dirty in body and spirit, a thief and a murderer who has not changed their life for the better—come live in your house?
No, you wouldn’t.
You can say you would, but most of you wouldn’t. There are some of us who have taken homeless people addicted to drugs into our homes to help them recover and get clean with a plan.
I have done so in D.C., so I know that it happens, but it’s rare and temporary. It doesn’t happen all the time by the Lord’s direction. (Matthew 25:35-40)
However, do you think the most perfect God in heaven, who created everything and has given us every opportunity to be changed by his Son—who is perfect in every way, the embodiment of God the Father here on earth to be tortured and hung from a cross until he bled to death to pay that price, taking all of the sin of the world on himself out of love—would allow us to deny Him here to believe whatever we want or whatever man creates, believing that you’ll be accepted in heaven because you did a couple of good deeds?
Please, read Ephesians 2:8-9.
Beloved community, even if you’ve been kind and donated your whole life savings to the poor, if you haven’t submitted to Jesus Christ, repented for your sins, and accepted him as your Lord and Savior, you’re deceiving yourself. (Matthew 7:21-23)
I cannot be more straightforward: now is the time; Jesus is the way. (John 14:6)
Oh, how much he loves all of his creation! Yes, and He hates sin and deception but he loves so much that he gave his life, and that is the ultimate sign of love—to give up your own life and comforts for the lives of others, knowing you’ll be hated for it. (John 15:13)
I’ve done it myself, so I can stand here and tell you that I have an idea of how it feels as well, although I never died for anyone physically.
Simultaneously, the Bible says that we’ve all fallen short (Romans 3:23), and therefore God makes a way (John 14:6).
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one sees the Father except through Him. (John 14:6)
Beloved, the only sin that cannot be forgiven is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:31-32). It doesn’t matter what you’ve done—lying, stealing, cheating, killing, drugs, being a drunkard or even rape—if you are truly repentant in your heart, feeling sorrow for what you’ve done against God (2 Corinthians 7:10), you must believe in Jesus and the work of the cross (1 Peter 2:24). Accept Him as your Lord and Savior, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty (Romans 10:9-10).
You can be saved.
Today is the day; get on your knees and cry out to God. Repent of your sin, submit your life to Him and let God do the rest. Begin to read the Bible, starting with the Gospel and allow the Lord to lead you as the Holy Spirit refines you.
Jesus is coming (Revelation 22:12).
Much love and truth,
Sister Christine ♥️
