Think about it: if your son was crucified, died, and nailed to a cross, would you give the okay to re-nail him to the cross as some sort of tchotchke to hang on your wall, staring at him bleeding and tormented in all his humiliation and torture?
How do you think God the Father feels about it?
Here’s how.
Exodus 20:4-5 (NIV)
“You shall NOT make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth below or in the waters below the earth. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God…”
Anyone engaging in this type of behavior in the name of holiness is delusional and deceived, and may also be deceiving others.
Personal opinions have no place in this discussion because Yahweh has spoken on the matter. However, religious leaders have created this idolatrous worship, which is in total contradiction to scripture.
That’s not Jesus, nor is it an accurate representation of Him.
Jesus’ body was ripped to shreds, His beard torn from His face. His flesh and bones lay bare. He wasn’t an effeminate-looking, frail man posing on a cross; He was masculine, strong, and mighty even in His human body, despite being torn to bits as He bled to death.
This false image of our Savior does not belong but must be destroyed especially when even thinking of nailing another Jesus to a makeshift cross, it represents an evil and sinister underpinning which was done intentionally to make Jesus appear weak so that man can be seen as God, needing humans to change bread into God.
The spirit behind it is Not the Holy Spirit but the spirit of the anti-Christ.
If we think rationally with sound judgment and reflect on my initial statement, it should clarify everything you need to know about the crucifix.
What if it were your son? It’s important to be accountable and take them down and repent.
I realize that sometimes the things I teach can make people feel uncomfortable or even angry. But remember, when you experience those feelings, it’s a sign that you need to find a private place to pray and speak to your Heavenly Father—not your priest, pastor, father, mother, sister, or brother, and not even yourself, but to Jesus Himself.
Go straight to Jesus.
Those feelings are convictions of sin, and they reflect the very reason Jesus came to Earth: to provide a way for forgiveness through repentance.
The cross is empty, the Holy Spirit is here, and no man is needed, (2 John 2:27)—no idolatry is needed.
2 John 2:27 (NIV) states:
“As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.”
Additionally:
Isaiah 44:9-20 (NIV)
“All who make idols are nothing, and the things they treasure are worthless. Those who would speak up for them are blind; they are ignorant, of their own shame. Who shapes a god and casts an idol, which can profit nothing? People who do that will be put to shame; such craftsmen are only human beings. Let them all come together and take their stand; they will be brought down to terror and shame.”
And if you are Catholic, you know that the priest holds up the monstrance, turns to the crucifix, and says some words to it…
However, the scripture, which is spoken from the voice of God, through the prophets warns us not to do this.
It is not from God.
Jeremiah 10:3-5 (NIV)
“For the practices of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter. Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good.”
Therefore, it’s okay to destroy them, to be obedient to God, and to deny doctrines of demons and the deceptive delusion.
Exodus 20:4-5 (NIV)
“You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth below or in the waters below the earth. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God…”
1 Corinthians 10:14 (NIV)
“Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry.”
I pray this message opens your eyes to the truth of how much Jesus loves you and longs for the same love and truth in seeking to know Him—not religion, traditions, and their sinister roots.
As it says in John 8:32 (NIV), ‘Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.’ Please share the truth and protect someone else.”
God Bless us all!
I exalt Your Holy Name, Jesus. I love You!
Much love and truth,
Sister Christine ♥️
