Past the pain comes reward through faith in Jesus Christ

Come Back Home To Jesus

Today’s message is for those who love the Lord but do not live according to His word. You may have been deceived or not planted in good soil, associated with the wrong crowd, or even have a troubled family.

Truthfully, you may have returned to the sin from which God saved you and now desire to be sanctified and return to Christ but are scared to admit what’s been going on.

Whatever it is, Christ is more powerful than your sin and ready to pull you out. This message is one of love, and just as if I saw someone drowning, I would lend a helping hand to pull you out.

So, although some may be backslidden, Christ’s love has the power to guide us back when we stray from His path.

We have all been there if we are being honest, but through Christ’s mercy, we never have to stay there. It’s foolish to reject God’s grace, but through humility, the desire to have a pure heart, and the willingness to do the spiritual work through Christ, the result is the best version of you in Jesus.

Scripture Reference:

James 4:8 – “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”

The Bible teaches us that we are inherently prone to sin (the heart is deceiving) but that through Jesus Christ, we find a way to overcome temptation.

In 1 Corinthians 10:13, Paul reassures us that God is faithful, and he will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear. Instead, He will provide a way out so that we can endure the temptation.

Nevertheless, what about when we fall and give in to temptation, then are caught in a snare and feel overwhelmed by our own sin, leading us to distance ourselves from God’s love and reliance, sinking deeper into self-loathing and despair?

Ultimately, finding yourselves hiding from God or each other, maybe you are still going to church but not living according to what is preached. No matter the scenario, Jesus loves you and wants to spend quality time with you.

He wants to love you back to spiritual health and perhaps for the first time. He has so much love and compassion for you, but when Jesus returns, that compassion will turn to judgment because he gives us ample time to return to be cleansed.

Remember, Jesus is coming back for a pure bride, not one that is riddled with sin wearing a gown stained with the guilt of sin that leads to death.

We can’t hide from God what many hide from each other, especially in the brick-and-mortar establishments run by charlatans who have no power to refine or edify.

Scripture Reference:

Hebrews 4:13 – “And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”

Do you know that the scriptures remind us that Jesus sacrificed Himself for us while we were still sinners, confirming that no one is beyond God’s grace, mercy, forgiveness, and salvation when we seek Him and repent.

To repent signifies a change of mind, leading to a pure heart and body!

While it’s true that Satan manipulates us and tries to convince us that we are too unworthy to approach God or come back to Him after a setback, it’s not true. —

Indeed, the devil is a liar.

Furthermore, the latter part of John 8:44 tells us satan was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Please, dearly beloved, Stop listening!

Today, if you are struggling with sins such as addictions, pornography, drugs, sex, gambling, or engaging in behaviors like stealing, lying, slandering, gossiping, hating, envying, or idolizing, Jesus lovingly welcomes you back to Him. —

Through godly repentance, Jesus can transform your thinking and begin your unique process of healing and refinement, which restores God’s virtuous nature within us.

Having said all that, one thing about me is that I speak the truth. —

Like many of you out there, I have struggled with living a life honorable in Christ more than once in my past. —By the grace of God, there go I.

Today is a culmination of valuable lessons and setbacks, errors and failures that have been transformed by the grace of God through repentance and His mercy. I reached a point of exhaustion from pursuing my own path, so I courageously followed Jesus into a wilderness where it was just Him and me.

By humbly surrendering everything to Jesus, I have been rewarded not with material wealth, but with spiritual grace and wisdom over time.

If Jesus Christ did it for me and many others, He can do it for you too. He will do it for you!

Christ’s love for you has no boundaries; He is merciful and compassionate while waiting patiently on you.

You are ready today; get on your knees wherever you are and call on the Name of Jesus.

Say, “Jesus, I’m ready to live for you, to renounce my sins, and trust in Your power to make me right.”

It’s your day to knock; the Bible says when you seek Him, you will find what you’re looking for in Christ.

Oh, how He loves YOU!

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave him only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Much love,
Sister Christine
