Past the pain comes reward through faith in Jesus Christ

Encouragement In Christ

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).

Every day is a new opportunity to be thankful for the blessings that God has given to us. So it is with gratitude that we take numerous moments throughout the day to pause and give thanks to CHRIST. It’s important to focus solely on God’s presence and praise and worship Him at every turn. At the same time, allow ourselves to be blessed. It’s critical to fulfill God’s will on earth, and through our heart’s praise for our King, we accomplish His plans that become our own.

Do not feel guilty about facing a new day with the eyes that come with unlimited opportunities, repent and be forgiven; make it a routine and customary practice to place God first. While spending significant time on your knees and say, “Lord, I will trust you with my life; today, lead me, Lord. I trust you; my life is in your hands.

Scripture reminds us of the countless mercies God the Father shows us. Today, take the time to pray and give thanks for this new day, a time to start fresh, to be intentional with our thoughts, words, and actions, and to serve others in our community with love and godly fellowship.

Psalm 25:10
The Lord’s paths are mercy and truth toward those who honor his covenant and decrees.

Let us strive to live in the truth, to tell the truth, and be one with the reality of Jesus Christ. Let’s make the most of each new day and the end of each evening. Let’s be good to ourselves and love all people, live obediently, instruct wisely, and glorify Jesus in all we do.

Let’s respect our bodies, honor our God, and never strive for anything worldly. Our Father knows what we need, so let’s seek the Bible to instruct us...

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33).

This lifestyle is how we bring glory to God, the Beginning and End, Alpha and Omega, and before Him, there is nothing higher. Let nothing stand in the way of praise and worship; for our Savior, this lifestyle is the character we should all live by.

John 17:4-5 (NIV)
I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do. 5 And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.

Nothing is more important than love; nothing comes before it, can stand against it, or overcome it. Love is the eternal source that moves mountains, heals the sick, and brings the divided back together. Love is tough but gentle, honest but straightforward. Love is real, not fake.

Love gives more than it takes; it is bold and not brittle, heavy but not oppressive; love is the difference in a similar world. Love stands out when people say to sit. Love is powerful. Love is precious, and love is Jesus Christ. Love is in me, is love in you?

Choose Love, and love is life. Live wisely.

Blessings,
Sister Christine
