Instead of saying I’m broken, damaged, and lost. Say I am healing and rediscovering myself in Christ.
Colossians 3:2
Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
Pain, loss, and trauma significantly affect the mind and body; Jesus is our Healer and restorer.
Often people think they haven’t experienced trauma, but the body handles loss, breakup, and stress differently. Many beat themselves and are unaware of the effects on your psyche and spirit, your physical body.
A more significant portion of society has been through considerable trauma, whether in childhood or someplace during life.
It’s crucial to study humility to understand the importance of meekness before the LORD to grow in character and Holy Spirit’s healing.
Without making the conscious choice to posture ourselves lowly without pride, it’s impossible to receive therapeutic healing through Christ.
By saying and not doing, we function in the flesh, and Christ is Spirit, so to be healed, whole, and complete, we must do the work or stay the same.
What’s more, achieving is believing, and it comes through prayer and the biblical work to learn and live what YHWY teaches in the word.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The Bible says we run a race, but it’s not a race in that you have to be the fastest. It’s a quest to chase Jesus and love Him to obey.
It’s a journey, whereas if you don’t move ahead by doing the work to progress, you stay behind who you are in Christ, never knowing the GOD who is the answer.
The healing and good health of mind, Spirit, and body are located in Christ, and the more you seek Jesus, the more significant the outcome.
Today is the perfect time to practice obedience to your Heavenly Father and begin. He loves you so much, and the sooner, the better.
We never know what tomorrow holds, so grasp today and make the most of your time on earth, preparing for Heaven.
Never forget that it begins with Holy repentance, and true repentance is the godly sorrow for having offended GOD; this awareness of godly offense is the significant turning point to change.
Additionally, it’s where we are forgiven, and by asking Jesus Christ to lead us to righteousness, it’s a hunger for GOD and not the self.
Indeed it begins the conviction of sin process that when moving forward, our sin begins to become repulsive to us.
