A Father’s Love and Discipline.

Hebrews 12:11
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Do you know that being a parent is a beautiful, yet harrowing position. It calls us to not only love with affection, but to love through discipline. A discipline that is a consequential in rearing happy, healthy, and morally grounded children.

We know through experience, by either being a son or daughter, or being a caretaker, that most parents seek discipline to teach a child responsibility. To hold a child accountable for their actions. To rear solid, and morally sound, adolescents. People who fill our schools, homes, and communities.

The goal for each of these children is to one day be a strong and secure adult. A mighty pillar for our communities and businesses.

We should all agree that we desire communities filled with individuals who were taught self-control, kindness, and compassion—along with a self-awareness. One that teaches each person that they can be anything that God has created them to be.

Our Father, in Heaven, Our Almighty Creator, He parents us much in the same way.

In many respects he is both mother and father. He is a loving, patient, and calming nurturer. As well as a no-nonsense father of order and discipline. Parenting as he pours out his love and reprove from his place on the throne.

You see, Jehovah is not just our God; “He is our Father.” He who gives and pours out his love all the days of our lives. Rearing us, molding us, and mending our lives through love and discipline. A discipline that oftentimes doesn’t feel good.

However, thinking back to your youth when has discipline ever felt good? Let’s take a look at the definition of discipline.

Discipline—“the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience.”

Well there you have it oftentimes using punishment to correct, “disobedience.” You see Our Father in Heaven is the most important and influential figure in our lives. Correcting us in all the right places.

There are several verses in scripture with firm instruction as to why God disciplines. Let’s take a look at a few.

Proverbs 13:24
Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but he who [loves] their children is careful to discipline him.
Proverbs 3:11-12
My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for the Lord reproves him whom he [loves,] as a father the son in whom he delights.
Hebrews 12:5-6
And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him. For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.”

So, beloved, my point is to show you that without a shadow of a doubt “God is your Father.” That He loves and adores you more than you could ever imagine, and just as any biological father reprimands his child , so does God the Father.

He does so with a deep, pure and innate understanding of who you are, and what you are in need of.

Scripture is clear, that our Father knows everything about each one of us. So much so, that he even knows the exact number of hairs on your head.

You see, God knows you from the inside and out.

Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed you I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

Now, is everyone a Prophet? No, but some are, and in the days we face, they are essential to hearing what the Lord is conveying. However, all of creation is known by our Father long before the foundations of the earth.

The Lord has one goal, to see each of you rise in His righteousness and not your own. To be all He has created you to be, both big and small in the eyes of the worldly.

Why?

Because we have no righteousness without Him.

Now, one more thing that is important to mention. The earth has now targeted God as the reason for the chaos on Earth. The godless place blame on Christ for what the devils is doing. Which is a blatant lie. Do not listen!

The devil is a liar.

John 10:10
'The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full."

Now, the Lord does not want you to despise the days of small beginnings, or His loving reprimand. Because both are being used are to build your character and demeanor.

Because one day soon, if you do the right thing, God will give you back, all that the devil stole from you.

Remember, in the pressing is where the oil of love, self-control, Joy, peace, and gladness comes from.

So welcome….

Author:

Christine Brejcha is a Philadelphia native, born and raised. She is a mother of three beautiful children, Angelena 30, Anthony 14, and Ava who is 12 years old. Christine now lives in Washington DC, while growing her Gospel Ministry and serving Jesus Christ. She founded Christine’s Cornerstone Ministries in 2017, after a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ. One that changed her life forever. She has devoted her entire life to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. This includes in the realms of politics, and to the religious Pharisees. She stands firmly upon the rock of her Holy Savior in His truth and righteousness. The Lord has filled her with the goodness and power of who He is, and she stewards that honor and responsibility with her life. Christine is a prophetic powerhouse who preaches the unfiltered Gospel of Jesus Christ with love and compassion. A teacher and Evangelist with a very unique way of writing through the eyes of the Lord. Christine say’s, “no man has taught me the ways of the word and His Ministry, it is the Spirit of the Lord who fills me.” Christine also ministers to the sick and suffering. Faithfully providing for the homeless, addicted, and the less fortunate for over ten years. During the pandemic, Christine made a vow to feed the Lord’s flock who are homeless and suffering. To not only feed their bellies and nurse their wounds, but to feed them the bread of life. Christine also shares the love of the Lord as an on air voice and Contributor at Christian Mix 106 Radio. Christine wants all people to know from where she comes, and how far Christ has brought her. You see, Christine has suffered many traumas and abandonments in her life. She was a victim of child abuse, and has been on her own since the age of 16. Both her mother and father never showed her love. In fact, she was beaten and torn down physically, mentally, and emotionally since she was old enough to speak. This pain and emotional confusion led her down a road of self destruction. She spent many years sowing unhealthy seeds as a wanderer, and a lonely heart in need of mending. Just as many who suffer abuse, Christine attempted to fill the voids in her life with unhealthy people and places. She worked as bartender in the 1990’s club scene, and took part in the detestable things that the Lord hates, such as drugs, alcohol, and uncleanliness. However, in 2001, by a move of the Holy Spirit, she was placed on a new road. One that would save her life in the long run. It was her oldest daughter, who at the time was eleven years old, who gave her the gift of a new Bible. It was September 18th, two thousand and one, when she started reading and awakening. This gift would then set off a chain of events that would take years to come to fruition. Then, after seven months of learning what the Catholic Church never taught her. God gave her the courage to check into a treatment facility and take back her life. Christine was filled with the Holy Spirit of God, and started on the path of a new way of life. This was the year that she started to take notice of her prophetic gifting. This path of knowing and seeing was never easy for Christine. It was a road of persecution and hardships that she fell from many times throughout her life. However, due to the Grace and mercy of Jesus Christ, He never stopped chasing her, until, she got it right. Christine wants the world to know, “you haven’t missed your mark.” Sometimes it takes years to be refined through the Spirit of the Lord, in order to hit the mark. To follow through on the destiny path that God has chosen for each of you. It often times involves hard lessons that are found in your failures. The lessons that must be learned, in order to be the person God has created you to be. It is a ploy that requires you to be willing to submit yourself in all ways. To receive the blows in thanksgiving, and to learn from each one. The blows of failure and disappointment are what build character and teach you to fight what is good. Remember, the people you surround yourself with will also affect the outcome of your life in a big way. So be sure to hang out with Eagles, and not those who spend their lives in the chicken coupe. Be wise and say goodbye to the things and people who serve you no good. Remember, you are a diamond in the ruff just waiting to be found. God will see to it that you are honored for the beauty of who you are. However, you must see and honor the beauty of who you are first. The demons of depression, fear, worthlessness, and anxiety, are not from God. They are from the from the devil who seeks to destroy you. So place all faith in Jesus Christ and, He will save you. Stay firmly rooted in the Holy scriptures of God. Remember, there is freedom in the Lord. As far as Christine’s Ministry, she now serves in countless areas, from hospice, Pro Life, the homeless, speaking at rehabs, and visiting inmates who are sentenced to life in prison. She also uses her social media platforms to preach and teach the Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ. Which she has done faithfully for close to four years. This woman’s heart is for the people. She lives her life through the Holy scriptures and loves the unloved. Christine knows the hardships and pain of being hated and tossed aside. So she never allows anyone to suffer alone. She has a message for everyone, including the backslidden. Because there is always a way back to God. Just as she herself experienced in 2015, and after a messy divorce. Followed by a tumultuous two years of depression and fraternizing with the wrong people. Christine too was backslidden. Which drove her back into a dark depression and year of turning from the ways of the Lord. A terrible mistake that almost took her life. However, due to the Grace of God He came to her rescue. This was the greatest supernatural encounter with God that she had ever experienced. It was God’s way of telling her, “this is it, I have work for you to do.” This experience would change the trajectory of her life once and for all. So if you too have backslidden, then Christine’s life story will give you hope. Hope in knowing that God is there, ready, willing, and able to real you back in. So please, don’t give up! Christine never gave up and over the last four years she has served in full time ministry. She founded Christine’s Cornerstone Ministries, and today, is fully aware that she is a prophetic voice, and Remnant Servant in the Lord’s Army. She is a humble warrior with a servants heart of gold. She knows that nothing she has accomplished is due to her own merit. It is only because of the love and mercy of Jesus Christ Christine travels far and wide to preach the good news of the Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ. She teaches of the redemptive blood of Jesus to save, seal, and deliver. She never falls short in speaking of Heaven, Hell, sin, and repentance, and stands boldly against the heretical teachings of religion, idolatry, and the false preachers, and “profits.” Christine say’s the Lord has instructed her to fight for the truth. To rise up and speak on behalf of our Lord and Savior. She is a prophetic voice for this nation and no unclean forces of nature will stop her. She is soldier who stands on the law and principles of God the Father, and she knows who stands with her. Christine makes light of the pressing by saying, “just like my days as a youth, on the city streets of Philadelphia. It’s time to tie up my hair, remove my earrings, and fight for Jesus Christ.” Why? Because the Western world’s churches and governments have polluted the offices of God for gain, and it’s time to take them back—for the freedom of the people.

  1. What a great and powerful word and teaching on how the Lord uses discipline in the life of a believer to mold us to be more and more like Him! Excellent Christine!!
