Transparency can be difficult and humbling.

Please, do it anyway.

For many, speaking openly and asking for help is a challenge—especially when you’re seen as the strong one with no problems.

Or when forced to handle them alone.

An honest man admits that we all have trials and tribulations.

As followers of Christ, admitting that we all need help and prayers does not mean we lack faith.

We all need love and support even when it goes beyond prayers.

Be aware that asking for public support can uplift us, while sometimes public ridicule can hurt us.

Depending on where people are in their own journey, not everyone is in a good place.

Please forgive them, move on, and embrace the rest.

Wisdom tells us to take the good with the bad and filter it all through the Lord to protect your heart —Proverbs 4:23

Hiding our pain or family struggles is not wise; it’s rooted in fear and pride.

But to speak the truth without filter in love is honorable.

“Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment”. —Proverbs 12:19

The Bible declares, “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear” (1 John 4:18).

Fearlessly, speak your truth.

It’s okay to be honest.

When fear and pride fall away, openly sharing your needs is a blessing—not a curse.

Connecting through love and concern is what God desires for all of us.

Not everyone will understand.

Embrace the ones who do—Pray for the rest.

Christ’s grace is sufficient.

“His power is made perfect in weakness”— 2 Corinthians 12:9).

Many of God’s people face many hardships that would overwhelm anyone without Christ.

Therefore, we praise God, not man. Complaining, changes nothing.

Grumbling or arguing— is fruitless.

Seeking validation from people is time not well spent.

Placing Jesus first, speaking with transparency, and trusting God wholeheartedly… embody true biblical faith.

Honesty about our struggles reveals genuine growth.

“Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance” —Romans 5:3)

God allows trials to strengthen us.

Like Paul, we rejoice in our suffering, as it draws us closer to God and refines our character. —We trust the Lord.

Therefore, we find joy amid trials.

We fall at times, but we rise again.

Through Christ, we judge rightly, mourn deeply, reject hate, and embrace trust.

The power of Christ transforms every situation—It takes time.

It’s seasoned faith, not shameful.

It’s the power of God, noble and effective.

Courage is transparent.

Unapologetic shortcomings reveal boldness and courage. Wisdom trusts in God’s plans—plans to prosper you and not to harm you.

“Plans to give you hope and a future”.—Jeremiah 29:11

Job knew ongoing suffering. He is not the only one who endures long-suffering.

We praise God in the storm. We praise God in the mess.

We speak the Name of Jesus.

Much love and faith,
