There are two kinds of people the reasonable and irrationally challenged.
We find that through Christ, tolerance and self-control are gained in the desert. The Holy Spirit fruit that coupled with study leads to self-improvement.
Through ongoing research and reflection, prayer, and fasting from the world, we are blessed to share in the wisdom of God.
We are in no way worthy of anything, yet the call from Christ comes with a significant price to equip the heart to hold to the good of the people above ourselves.
The lessons are bold for the better, and in exchange for the world, we live in Christ our Savior.
By placing Christ first, we are blessed to become more like Him, yet in no way come close to our God.
Christ is holy and Heavenly, a far cry from who we can be but graced to experience His glory.
For those who knew a life of sin, Jesus had mercy and chose us anyway.
In the eyes of God, the heart is the finisher, and from the beginning, His eyes could see. Christ makes the incapable, capable, and more than enough in a world striving for more.
Isaiah 61:7 Instead of your shame, there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor, they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.
Joel 2:25 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.
Jesus restored what the enemy had stolen, and for some, the mind was a place of torment, yet now the streams run clean.
It should come as no surprise that choosing to say yes to Christ comes with a reward. Life is more productive, filled with Heaven’s riches, having nothing to do with paper and change.
In a world filled with intolerance and unreason, our job is not easy. To deal with the unruly and without Christ is often challenging. The mind is not filtered; filled with disdain and self-regret.
The heart speaks from a place of pain.
Their mouths are without control, and their heart is enraged with anger and violence.
Sadly, sometimes people sit in the churches, slandering, slacking, and gawking in displeasure, yet through Jesus Christ and holy repentance, there is hope still.
The Lord commands us to pray for our enemies and love the brethren. Yet, for those still facing challenges in the heart. We pray in Christ’s goodness that all people come to the knowledge of God.
To return to their first love.
Today I encourage the well-doing of Christ. To love and show empathy. To forgive as Christ, forgave.
To love like we have been loved.
Paul teaches in 1 Corinthians 2:14, “The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.”
Hold to the faith and resound in love, and while cymbals clash to make noise pray for them anyway.
Stay in Thanksgiving to the Lord our God. To Christ be the glory.
